actually there's no such thing as "wrong body" cause you chromosomes are the one who really determine your sex, what happen with people like isis (not with all of them) is a thing called HBS (Harry Benjamin Syndrome) google it and get some info :D

a transvestite is someone who feels good about his/her gender but likes to dress as a man or a woman,and a trans gender person is someone who feels like he/she is born in a wrong body and wants to change it and most of them do that.isis is a process,she still needs to do some surgery but she's a woman,sex can be changed but not gender...what you feel is what you are.hope that explains it:)
