not really its different in a lowest level challenge (which i now know has been done, and is called l3g (level 3 game)) in a l3g, you need the most life you can get, cause later on in the game you will need to be able to take it a hit with a defense elixir thingy

You do know that there is a pattern to the upgrades when you level up, right? Don't just randomly pick one. Check to see what offers you the most between attack and magic attack, if they both offer just one point, then you pick HP.
