If you google "john f kennedy", "speech", and "press" you'll find the whole speech. And it has nothing to do with secret societies - he mentions them briefly in context. He's talking about the need for responsibility in the press. He wants the press to be open with the public but still help maintain national security by not divulging too much information that could be used by our foreign enemies. The meaning of any speech could be twisted if you only listen to bits and pieces.
