Ok well first off, while I think that the mygot clan is nothing more than a bunch of hacking pipsqueeq sausage jockeys in their mom's basement, I must tell you that you can't ban him by a video and steamID. VAC has their own automated database system that detects hacks and bans people, but valve would never be stupid enough to let you ban by report because then random people would send in demos and get them banned.
