u must get a digimon that can't survive in the cold for example agumon go to freezeland and ve there for a long time ur digimon will fade away but frigimon will come save u then he'll say u have no responsability now u must get a digimon that can survive on the cold for example mojyamon than talk to frigimon and he'll go to the city

They don't make them, but they still own the copyright. You have to actually own a copy of the BIOS files, through whatever legal means, to use it. Technically, you have to use your own console's bios files as well... The emulators themselves are entirely legal though.
