This is my old beater truck. Its got a stock 2.4l with a straight pipe exhaust,16 inch xterra wheels on 265/75/R16 Nitto Terra Grapplers. Still runs good with 225,000 miles on it.

225000? i dont mean to brag bot my 84 720, but its up to 262000, n its runnin smooth, n it dnt burn oil! i turned it on its side while offroadin, but shit happens i guess! keep it runnin n see if u could beat my mileage!

My answer was in the formal sense. These Datsun trucks were known in the formal sense as Nissans starting in mid-1983, but some kind of error at Nissan Motor of America's ad depot meant that the Datsun name (only on printed material after the end of 1984), as a whole, had hung around until the spring of 1986. Despite Nissan having lost several million dollars between 1982-86 on paid-for-but-never-used Datsun ad spots, "Datsun" is still a familiar marque to many Americans.

no lift at all i just cranked the torsion bars up so that the front was level with the rear leaf height. If i make tight turns it rubs a little but not bad
