it is going to come down to someones personal taste. 2 pac is most CERTAINLY one of the best however, in some peoples minds he might not be THE best. Other great rappers that one might consider the best are; big L (imagine what he coulda done in like...2 more years!!!!!!!!), Biggie, Nas (limited to 2 albums IMO)... you see what Im sayin? This shit here is clearly fucking FIRE though.. you see what I'm sayin?
