Vertex was the best album Buck came with. MAJOR respect on that point. Saw Buck awhile back at the Ottobar in Baltimore and it was awesome...that was probably back in 2002 but saw him live after the "This Here Is Buck65" album @ The Casbah in San Diego....myself, a friend and my girlfriend thought the performance and music sucked MAJOR! we left after like 3 songs. makes me sad.

Ever since i was 12 years old ive been wondering what this is called. Me and my friend met a man who was balancing this green crystal ball along his arms and shoulders. And he said it was a ancient chinese art and that the ball was almost indistructable. Is any of this true. Also where would u suggest i buy this type of ball. I would really like to get into this sport, balancing feat if u will.

Most CJ balls are of acrylic, it's Nearly unbreakable. Practice on your bed, or in a grass field, or on the floor surrounded by a few pillows =) But prepare for your first ball to end up looking...well loved =) If you practice outside, caution on the clear balls, they take the light and act like a magnifying glass, and can cause burns. Owie. I've heard it's nice to start on a 3" acrylic ball. I have one, it's pink, it's name is Pinky =)

Actually, I drop it less when I'm walking 'cause I'm used to it heh - it _does_ have all sorts of pretty cracks, dings, & scratches in it from catching bricks & concrete (it's even been hit by a car once & shot 4 blocks away *grin*).

Your butterflys are kind of weird. I always learned it to have my wrists as stiff as possible. You should also slow it down a bit, its more mezmorizing if the ball is gliding. Your really good though, Im just nagging :)

O.K. she is actually about even between flat and sharp, however i must admit for her age she is terrific..she just needs to keep working at it and she will be fabulous! On another note, cheno is not an opera singer, just because you are trained classically that doesnt make you an opera singer and if you listen to the way cheno sings it she sings it like a Broadway singer, NOT an opera singer at all..her tones are much more round then square. Keep up the good work kid.
