Wonderful, I have loved this dark, moody,poem and Edgar Allen Poe's works since I was a teenager. Christopher Walken's intrepetation is the best I have heard. Rick

Thanks for all the great comments. Poe is, indeed, a 'classic'. xxcrimsonbleedingx, yourr favorite lines are among Poe's most colorful use of the language. Another is: '...and each separate dying ember wrought its ghost upon the floor! Quoth the Raven, 'Nevermore'.
