This sound is about the "Enola Gay", an american bomber (USAAF B-29) which dropped the "little boy" (nuclear bomb) on Hiroshima in 1945. The sound has nothing with gay proud.

its amazing how technology has improved over the years and how tinny this version sounds compared to last nights performance at The Roundhouse. I know that OMD just could not perform a lot of their studio stuff for years as it was too complex at the time, now thankfully they can.
