Two reasons: 1. This was made back in 2002 and is a SD resoultion. Then when it's comressed over and over again (by me and YouTube)... it looks like this. 2. I had to blur any of the offensive parts. YouTube gave me a warning last year over one of my movies that was not censored... and so I complied in order to keep posting here.

Excellent question. I think about it all the time. I've been on a gender kick lately for a number of reasons. It's been creatively a fascinating way to work with actresses. To get into their psyche and see how women tick. So it's been very rewarding for me on a personal level. However, I love TF's of all kinds - and would love to do more animal TF's. The main problem is they're much more difficult to pull off. Stop by early next month. You may be surprised by our next TFTU episode.

I have a question. I seem to have a memory of watching this, w/o the Red-Shift. I think I liked it better that way (Easier to see the details for me anyways, ie. hair/eyes changing to red.) Thanks ;) I actually got the idea from COWBOY BEEBOP some time ago. I think the very first episode of the series has a drug that people spray into their eyes. I thought it might be a cool idea to take that and to a TF story where someone gets addicted to being someone else.

Wow, this is cool. I actually wrote a story that features a place where people go to change their sex temporarily as a form of recreational drug. They called it the "Change Houses." They functioned like love hotels in Japan. The had to pass several laws to limit the activation and duration of the drug to within the Change Houses, because people would use it to commit crimes under a false identity. Addiction to the Change Houses was also a common theme. Cool.

No... Dean is Ashley. His body and mind transforms into a woman and he calls himself Ashley. When we first see Ashley at the beginning - the Ashley we see - is Dean transformed. Thanks. The lip gloss and make-up are often cheats when it comes to things like this. If it's a magical TF or even sometimes a chemical one - you could argue that the make-up process was an added feature. As if skin tones were changed to make it look like make-up etc. I always try and do different kinds of TF's (when it comes to the process). If you look at some of our movie clips - you'll see body parts change here and there. Some are too risque to post on YouTube.

Very cool. I love it. I'm really into transformation. I guess I'd have to understand the back story but I don't understand how he could emerge as a woman with lip gloss & make-up. Very cool warping effects & awesome internal visuals. Are there ever plans to make a transformation with clearly visible body parts?

Well... any of these shorts can take 4-6 hours to shoot. But that doesn't include the weeks or months of pre-production work that is done to make the shoot go smooth. And that also doesn't include the weeks or months it takes in post-production (editing, sound effects, special effects, music). The new episodes will premiere either Aug 1st or Sept 1st. Depends on how the post-process goes - based on each director and their notes.

I like most transformations. I first got into animal TF's when I was a kid. Some of my animated shorts to have animal or monster TF's in them too. But lately... with the live action movies - we've focused more on gender TF's than anything else. Although... we just shot 3 new webisodes for our TFTU Series and they are not all gender TF's this time.

Being somewhat of a werewolf hobbyist myself, I feel that the "money shots" in a werewolf transformation are fangs, eye color, tail growth, chest / ribs expansion, claws (and surprisingly, pawpads), digitigrade leg formation (NOT the knee reversal, but foot stretch instead), toe claws, muzzle growth, the nose, and most of all, rippage involving any and all of these elements, showing that transformation "bursting out". This TF ran very well, honestly, and the tongue was a nice touch.

As a fan, would it be possible to put more female werewolf characters, and shows transformations that would involve rippage? I would love to see them bust out of they're shoes(slowly), as the feet ar pulsating and expanding, sleeves ripping, backshirt ripping, tight pant busting, kinda like hulk effects, ya? only werewolf style. Cool ideas, huh? That would be kinda cool if you guys did.

She then shows up in front of the werewolves with the neutering tool and the spaying tool. The werewolves get a "HOLY SHIT!" look on their face and they run on all 4s out of there. The white girls throws the neutering tool at the male one and he loses 'em. Then she throws the spaying tool at the female one and she gets spayed. The white girls cheers for victory.

I know though that I've probably but still what I've got in mind wouldn't make sense without the error(s). After the Asian girl's finished transforming she comes out of those blinds making a Frank Welker wolf bellow. The white girl screams and then the male werewolf comes and she screams eve louder and a fast-motion chase scene with that stupid trumpeted chase music playing. Also... we do still sell DVD's and it helps us make back some of the money we've put into these things. So for the time being, it's not in our best interest to post full or even uncensored versions of some of our movies for obvious reason.

Umm... unless I made a mistake somewhere.. but THE TRAP was not intended to be tied to THE KISS. That story has it's own path of where I wanted it to go. THE KISS and THE BLACK RABBIT were written as Acts 1 of three Acts. TLPS was actually Act 3 of three Acts. ELEVEN never had much beyond what we made in regards to story. That's why when TP Coy pitched to me a sequel - it intrigued me.

Kind of the later. We wrote the first three in Jan and then shot them in Feb. Then wrote the next three in March-May and shot them in June. And then wrote the last two July/Aug and them shot them in Sept. We did the first 3 without really knowing if we would do more. They seemed to be a hit, and decided to do 5 more so we would end up with 8. Although we did shoot 2 more TF TG bonus shorts that we'll release on the TFTU DVD. So they'll be 10 in all.

Thanks :) Actually, the script originally called for no TF on screen. That it all happens off screen. Much of that is because of budget and time constraints, but also because ELEVEN already has one of the most elaborate TF TG's on screen, and this is a sequel to that. We had a lot more time and resources to do the TF in ELEVEN. Not so much here. However, our last webisode (coming Dec 1st) will have the longest TF TG scene in the TFTU series.

It's actually not a computer screen. It's supposed to be a "Welcoming Postcard Like Image from Pleasure Island Inc." just sitting on the table. There are a couple of these scattered throughout the rooms in the movie. They are also the menus on the DVD's which have brief TF scenes in them. The irony in the images is that each of the women you see in them were once men. This is the reason why I cut to it for a brief moment. A foreshadow of what's happening to him.

No problem... just understand... these were animated shorts I did almost 10 years ago. It was more a hobby (way to visually tell a story) than me being a professional CGI animator. I've just had a lot of people asking if I would put my old works up... and I am now just starting too.

Sorry. I did this short over seven years ago. It's not usually my motto to go back and fiddle or redo material I've already done (a la George Lucas). I like to move on. As for the quality of animation, I don't consider myself an animator by any stretch of the imagination. I consider myself a story teller. And I have just used different tools to tell different TF stories along the way.

Yep. That's the idea. In the movie... there's mention of snakes in this curse - and a quick reveal of one in Kyle's dream. I wanted this TF to feel as if the female was already inside Kyle's male body and pushing her body out. So when he tears at his skin - her layer of skin is underneath his (kind of concept).
