this song is a work of art. music is an art-form. majority of the music today and the so called "top 40" artists have seriously lost what true music is. this band is incredible. and for any of you nay-sayers out there, go see them in concert. ive only seen them once and it was about 2 years ago. and still to this day it is the most amazing experience ive ever had. dont just listen to one part of the song, what makes their songs so amazing is the the song as a whole. open your mind and enjoy

A song can still be good if its loud The song isn't staying the same for eight minutes that doesnt make sense, but if youve seen explosions live you would understand what kind of emotion is being portrayed from 7:47 on. You don't hear all the muffled noise but the song hits you like a wall of bricks. The entire song is beautiful You only think the beginnig is because its soft and nice sounding but the end is just as beautiful or more then the rest because it shows the other side of the spectrum

I love listening the Explosions in the Sky as I fall asleep and it's very relaxing and then it gets to a part like 7:47 and I get completely woken up and pissed off. I like this band I just don't understand why they have to seriously go insane at the end of so many songs. Like honestly, is that necessary?
