Well on the view that the SMs did get bioengineering and a second heart and a lot of other stuff that the CSM never had at the time of the Horus Heresy. So in turn the Space Marines are stronger meaning they took the full context of of Angels of Death into meaning with all that fluff.

im not saying how bad it is, OMG im saying it should be released earlier, if this is their final work avoiding conflict with GOW 2. offcourse i know the concept existed, war fantasy was even earlier. im talking about the gameplay and features.

i know war 40k existed shitless, i'm talking about the release date of this game corresponding to the gameplay and it's features like having cutscenes for melee confrontations, which give a resemblance to GOW 2 (which was released a month ago).It just provokes a contradiction, "tard". it's like starcraft 2, developed earlier than red alert 3, yet is released later.

Anyone else hate these phrases he makes up? "We call this 'Cinematicion' 'Intimate brutality' 'Orchestrating your ballet of death!". Also, the bolter is supposed to be a hell of a lot more powerful than that, not to mention how weak the Chaos Marines have become. I hope they fix this up soon.

First beta looks good to me. They could have done more with the shooting though. I mean, they are proppeled rockets, they should tear a chunk out of any traitor cultist any day of the week. The Chaos Space Marines are easily identified as Word Bearers. The rank and chapter of the Space Marine is a mystery. It is NOT an Ultramarine or Crimson Fist. His chapter symbol is that of a broken skull like on the title screen. He has no rank symbol, so I suggest he might be a sergeant or a commander.

People should really stop saying how bad the gameplay is. This is their 1st build of the game. They have so much more work to do and much more things to add and improve! I guarantee all of you people that the first build of your favorite game, does not matter what it is, CoD4/5, Gears or War 1/2, Halo 1/2/3, was complete and utter crap that you would never play!

Crimson Fists are Dark Blue, with black highlights and a Crimson Fist. The Fist logo is there though, but it's white on him and red on CF's.

The combat system needs a huge overhaul; though since this IS a first build its likely to improve...hopefully. In my opinion a game like this should play like Gears of War, only a whole lot more intense and more opportunity for melee combat.

the CSMs look like word bearers to me, and the marine seems like crimson fists (fist logo on shoulderpad?) what i don't like that the chaos marines standing next to you and waiting to finish the cultists. for Horus' sake! CHARGE THE ENEMY! and WHERE ARE THE SQUADS? lone space marines won't just do...

-_- horrible gameplay. to me playing in the 40k universe should be like gears of war 2 times 100. use the unreal engine and bring in more shooting battles. what marine other than an assault marine uses a chainsword and bolter (technically its a bolt pistol. This kinda seems like a let down. And choas wouldnt go down so easily. The camera should be 1st person if you want real personal. Just having the helmet on would be cool for a HUD because thats what the helmet is for in the first place. 6of10

Looks more like the Crimson Fists to me... It doesn;t float my boat too much actually... I would have preferred a game similar to Brothers in Arms with squad based tactics, suppression fire and the ability to have Land Speeders, predators and Dread's in support... just doesn;t feel right to the actual game to me... still gonna buy it though :) CJ

I hope they let you pick a chapter or make your own or something like that. That would be pretty cool. The story probably wouldnt make sense though. I hope you fight tyranids. Are those CSM khorne or something? They're not suppose to have regular bolters. They might be tzeentch though...

Feralfight: Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate, Dawn of War, DoW Winter Assault, DoW Dark Crusade, DoW Soulstorm, Final Liberation: Warhammer Epic 40,000, Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior, Warhammer 40,000: Rites of War, Space Crusade, Space Hulk (the video game version), Warhammer Online, Warhammer 40K online... Have you never played Fallout3, or any other "graphic" shooter before? Gore is a really fucking easy thing to add. Have you seriously ever played any non-G-rated game ever before???
