I love this band. I got into them because when I started working in a Sam Goody in 92 Spilt Milk came out and we played it a lot in the store. This band is probably one of the most underated bands in history. I still cannot figure out why they never made it big.

Spilt Milk...the BEST ALBUM EVAR. The Charlatans UK and The Ocean Blue were out around this time as well. Jellyfish and those guys were a great little snippet in the late '80's, early '90's while grunge was making it's (thank God) short mark in rock.

I saw this band at Toads Place in New Haven CT in 92 and they were awesome. They are my second favorite band to come out in the 90's. My favorite 90's band is Stone Temple Pilots. What can I say I have an eclectic taste in music and basically listen to anything except for rap. Can you imagine if Jellyfish and STP ever toured together?

Like all bands composed of musical geniuses they broke up. A reunion would be great, but I don't think it will happen. Roger, Tim, Jason all played together in one form or another after the breakup. Very true. The former leader of the Canadian Libertarian Party (who I was glad to see go) made seat belt law a big focus of his. Now, while I didn't disagree with him, putting so much focus on something like that makes the party look less than serious. My friend started a band called "The Libertarians." They are a Libertarian rock band. They sound kind of like Minor Threat, Black Flag, and Dead Kennedys. Everyone in the band, except for the singer, aren't "smart" when it comes to politics but they do know where they stand politically. They smoke pot and carry guns too. The singer is the one who knows politics, can debate it, and writes the lyrical material for the band. He doesn't smoke pot or carry guns but thinks we should have the right.
