He is right! If the pilot can not stop at the end of the runway (unless your brakes or your thrust reservers are broken) it is his fault. If the pilot see he can not stop he has to go around even if the Airline is making pressure not to waste time, fuel and money... But still Congonhas is a very dangerous airport 5700 ft does not allow any mistake. We are humans, we make mistakes, but at least we learn about them.

E pela data e condições da pista nem tem como querer sequer comparar esse pouso com o do acidente do 3054, pois não só as condições climáticas do cenário do acidente eram completamente diferentes, tanto quanto a pista em uso não se tratar da mesma, sem contar o fato de que nesta época (a do vídeo em exibição) esta pista não havia sido "reformada"...

During the '96 North American tour, she came out and sang Floaty. She has a long history with the band. I have several recordings featuring her and the Foos. As for A320, I have the booklet in front of me right now. That's Petra.

Trust me, I own the soundtrack. That's definitely Petra on there. She started playing live with the band in '95 and '96, but this was her first appearance on recorded Foo. It's a good song, one of only two released songs featuring Franz on guitar (the Walking After You remix was the other one). If I remember right, this song was one of the songs Chris had to play when auditioning for the band. Love that four note riff that takes us into the distorted part.

The Airbus FBW system offers a sidestick priority logic. When both pilots operate his sidestick in the same or opposite direction both pilots inputs are algebraically added. retard means pull back the thrust levers to the idle position.. no thrust,no engine power anymore.. after idle position thrusters set to Reverse thrust, means reverse engine power to decrase speed.its like a brake.

Hola ACV006 (como andas dalibor?) me parece que el viraje no lo hacen en kimor, dejan el vor con 14500 y el descenso a 13500 en tramo a favor del viento, siempre visual, me parece tambien que no desactivan el GPWS poqrue si haces bien la app no tendria porque sonar y si suena y tienes contacto visual con el terreno podrias darle "disregard". El viraje lo hacen en la segunda quebrada, pasando 2 picos, masomenos a 19 DME URC con 13500. siguen el profile con el donut hasta agarrar el papi.

Te equivocas de plano compadrito: los españoles no tuvieron ninguna intención al poner nombres de las ciudades. Fue sólo su ineptitud al pronunciar los nombres quechuas Qosqo (Cuzco - yo prefiero escribir Cusco), Rimaq (Lima) y, el más importante, el del primer río que cruzaron, el Virú (Perú), hecho consignado por los cronistas Poma de Ayala y De Las Casas. Por eso, suave con los resentimientos: los españoles no eran (ni son) tan inteligentes como para despreciar a nadie... jejejeje

Segun las condiciones del vuelo el piloto tiene potestad de desagtivar el GPWS, siempre y cuando se trata de la aproximacion visual. A Cuzco se permite volar solo de dia y aproximacion es netamente segun VFR. El GPWS TIENE que ser desactivado si no los dos pilotos se vuelven locos durante aterrizaje. Slds

Vamos por una ronda de prejuicios...que hacemos si los mapas que tenemos accesibles ponen Cuzco?De todas formas, Es increible como se puede alimentar el rencor, deberias disfrutar de otras cosas, como por ejemplo lo ocurrido en la region de Tacna cuando eligieron ser Peruanos y no chilenos,y no estar atacando a gente por algo ocurrido hace SIGLOS.
