Full of themselves? I disagree. I have met and talked to Eicca Topenin in person. He was very down to earth and easy going. One thing that I have noticed about this band is that they really do appreciate their fans. As far as your question is concerned look up the interviews they have done.

I don't always appreciate covers, but this one is truly mind-blowing. Good arrangement, and of course die Punk-Göttigin aus Deutschland. I've always digged her. She has gone her own way, and done it well indeed. One incredible rock-vocalist. All manner of Idols-clowns come a lightyear or so behind her. Lots of respect from Finland. Go Nina go, you have sisu like few. :-)

OMG!!! that was so good! i don't know that woman ..she sings beautifuly and the 'R' she uses from time to time is very powerfull (like Till's but femine and a little bit darker cuz women are always deeper and darker then men but this is my opinion ^^") her eyes alittle bit scary but also powerfull..but the hair made me laugh a bit.. but good clip indeed! 5 stars ^^

this isnt Hall of the Mountain King this is just the Prelude to Madness, which was originally written by Mozart, Apocalyptica screwed this up because Savatage plays this right b4 Hall of the Mountain King in the album, so the real title is Prelude to Madness

yeah, he has in own fan base that tries to take photos of him doin something crazy, but as he is a well renound classical musician, principle cello in the oslo phil or somthing, he doesnt like to draw to much attention to himself, but he is flawless and just plays it without emotion showing on his face, its awesome to watch

Actually most of the time they record at least four cello parts on the album tracks, sometimes more. Quutamo is a good example. They have at least 6 individual cello parts going at the same time toward the end of that piece. It's still just Apocalyptica playing, they just record over themselves. You are correct though, in concerts they arrange the pieces for four cellos.

actually i did know it was written for 3, as Perttu, Eicca and Paavo are the 3 people of the original 4, then max left, but now they have antero to fill in on fourth parts, so they wrote a number of 4th parts for all their live shows, theyre either doubling or adding bass lines that just fill out the sound, so the 4th part you buy of harmageddon isnt a drum rendition on cello, its actually a part written by them so that the four of them could play, antero is the one with no emotion

yea the only problem is that its not their fault, alot of bands aritsts/ dj's may fall to a bad luck when a place has a bad acoustic and the sound is basicly crap , and the annouying thing is that your aware of it but cant do anything but keep playing , so this is just a bad luck for u and them ;)

Went to see them last year, and it highly disappointed me coz i wasnt expecting such ... noise !!! Wasnt music but loud sounds what's the point ? But this song, the real sad metal is perfect and i really do feel it so deeply ! Farewell is one of the best music ever in the world !!!
