As for what you eat...you could have the strongest abdominal muscles in the world but if your body fat is too high, it will be covered completely. I'm also getting fed up of people always comparing the two series. They are both hilarious to me. Although I would say that the creators intended it to look documentary style and I think the UK version has achieved this. I find that the US version looks more like what it is-actors potraying office workers.
