Hi guys Been a hang glider pilot for more than 20 years with some further knowledge about some risks of this activity. No problem as soon as you can land some meters further than point of launch... but what happened if you found your kite caught from a strong thermal and lift you some 100-200m high. I wouldn't like to think about this. At least do this near the sea (with sea brease not a land brease)but don't try to do this inland.

Blades are great jump kites, and yes they come in 3 sizes i think 4.9 , 6.5 , 8.5 i have the 6.5 and yes its lifty with adjustable bridle on the blades you can set it to be really lifty, my m8 has the 8.5 and its more than enough lift for jumping trust me you dont need bigger. But 6.5 seems to be the perfect size. Anyways nice vid Brighton is awesome i go kiting on the Southdowns close by.

Even though I am a Chelsea fan I used to live near Brighton and often went to matches, including this one. Stoo right behind the goal where Case scored his screamer. It was a great game and atmosphere, and meant we could all go to Wembley for the final. went on a double decker bus from Burgess Hill with a big mob of herberts, and we all got rat-arsed on the way up.

I was there in 83 (Brighton Fan) and it was and will always be the most treasured memory of my life till the day i snuff it !!! What a feeling everybody had written us off and to be able to stick up fingers up at every shitty club we knocked out like Liverpool ,Newcastle,Norwich etc etc (every club we played (EVERY ROUND WAS A TOP FLIGHT CLUB)was fantastic. I imagine with the vintage effects and the warm distortion they would cause would add a little bit to the clipping. Turn up the amp loud to where it's clipping a bit too and feed it a hot pickup from a Gretsch. You're going to get some edge on your tone, for sure. I also watched a video where he used a green vintage overdrive pedal, may have been a Tube Screamer. That definately gave it more drive, but not so much that the tones started to bleed excessively.

I would say that is a bold, but possibly very accurate statement. He's among the top five by far, up there with Dick Dale, John Mayer, Eric Clapton and Ricky Skaggs. He's my biggest influence on my writing and playing style right now. He can switch styles on a dime not to mention playing techniques. He understands the relationships between tones better than almost anyone and can execute runs and complex rhythm patterns with few mistakes, almost like Chet Atkins, but with better tone. Superb!

Brian is without a doubt probably the best guitarist around today. His tone and use of chords and structure and his crisp speed make him the best as virtuoso.
