Yes. Gohan transformed in the RST. So no reason why Goku couldn't have. His motivation is to better himself, that motivation is his key to higher levels, and is all that's required. USSJ was achieved in RST. Gotenks went SSJ3 in RST. Instant transmission, spirit bomb and kaio ken are techniques needed precisely BECAUSE of a low power level. A monstrously high power level would negate the need for any specialized techniques against an opponent much weaker.

Interesting. However (even assuming Goku COULD train in the RST for 7yrs & escape)- are you forgeting the whole escence of DBZ? Training alone may increase ones power- but battle experience, the desire to win & the challenge of defeating a superior opponent are what cause these fighters to reach new levels. Do u really think Goku would learn powerful techniques such as Kaoi-Ken, Genki Dama (hehe), "instant tranmission".. or transform into the legendary SSJ by training in the RST? YOU FOOL!!

Alternatively, you could make sense of everything. Remember when Future Trunks came to warn everyone of the Androids? Bulma said instead of waiting for 3 years they could just find Dr Gero and kill him before he finishes his androids. But Goku, Vegeta etc. preferred to train for 3 years and fight a strong opponent. They're saiyans remember, battling and defeating a stronger opponent is like a biological need for them.

One answer: Everything in dragon ball could have ended in the first episode if Goku trained in the room of spirit and time for a week (7 years) and finished everyone off as they came with a single breath. If you watch DBZ because it makes sense, you're not getting what this is: entertainment! (one of the best around)

You are wrong. Gohan and Vegeta didn't even hurt the Big Monster. Gohan didn't even hit him, and Vegeta's hits tickled him. He even beat Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks with one punch. yet, one punch from Goku and the monster is destroyed. But that's non-canon.

Theres one thing I dont understand, isnt it that the spirit bomb only affects those with evil heart? Gohan (at a very young age to say the least) was able to bounce it back to vegita with ease during the saiyan saga because his pure of heart, but why buu? He's pure evil!! If fact, since this spirit bomb is almost 100xxx times bigger, then it should be 100xxx times more potent to destroy evil. Also, does this mean that goku is no longer pure because he had a hard time bouncing it back?

according to the official guide books for the series, SS4 is equivalent in power to their normal Oozaru (giant monkey) form, not the golden one. Both transformations multiply the Saiyan's power level by 10 times. Mystic Transformation is supposed to be Gohan's absolute maximum potential. Most English-speaking fans of DBZ are always whining about Masako Nozawa's voice being too high. It doesn't really bother me coz she's a great actor. I just don't really like that she did Tullece as well. I'm cool with her doing Burdock, Goten and Gohan though.

That's fine, I just despise how some people automatically 'prefer' him without giving the Japanese a chance just because they hear Gokou for 2 seconds and realize he has a woman's voice. But so long as you've experienced both versions of the series deeply and honestly still say you prefer Schemmel, I may personally think you're crazy, but that's something that's a matter of personal preference. It's because Gokou's voice is done by a woman, the same woman who did him as a child, and did Gohan, Goten, Bardock and Tares as well. She's an amazing VA and is far and away better for him than any of his English voice actors. The best dub voice he ever had was Ian Corlett. Schemmel is absolute shit as Gokou and makes him seem utterly out of character a good 75% of the time.

The final bad guy is not necessarily the toughest. What makes the battle between Goku and Kid Buu is that it takes everything SSJ3 Goku has, and more. You can go on using that logic, and in most cases, it will hold true, but this is DBZ , read the manga before you start spouting lies. You can't argue with the manga, it has'nt been dubbed in any form whatsoever, straight from the creators mind. If you want to argue with me, take it up with the writer at the same time. It makes sense for Goku to do well against Kid Buu- it's the final battle and he has the determination-in the other battle he was making sure Gohan found the earring. Kid Buu still won didn't he? Kid Buu is not tactical-he rolls with the punches. IDK which dub says he is most powerful but I think it Ocean-Kai said that Goku/Vegeta made him stronger when attacking him internally

Vegito's (you spelt it wrong) highest known form is "Super Vegito" which i take to be Super Saiyan. He never attempts to go SSJ2 or higher, either because he doesn't need to, or he can't, because Vegeta cant turn SSJ3 perhaps? SSJ3 Goku was more or less equal to Kid Buu when giving it his all, but Vegito is far stronger than SSJ3 Goku.

I can't do nothing else but agree, except I do feel that Kid Buu was slightly stronger than Goku SSJ3and had more reserves in this battle, but that could perhaps be credited to Goku being fully alive again and therefore had more trouble fully maintaining his SSJ 3 form at peak efficiency.

Well, I do believe Kid Buu was the most dangerous and unpredictable Buu form, and even though he was the final boss he was definitely IMO not the strongest. If that was true Goku wouldn't have wanted to fight him one on one. Also, if Kid Buu was the strongest form, it would mean that the power difference between Goku and Buu would have been huge, in that case Goku SSJ3 wouldn't even have stood a chance. I do agree with you on the last part though regarding Mystic Gohan.

Theres one thing I dont understand, isnt it that the spirit bomb only affects those with evil heart? Gohan (at a very young age to say the least) was able to bounce it back to vegita with ease during the saiyan saga because his pure of heart, but why buu? He's pure evil!! If fact, since this spirit bomb is almost 100xxx times bigger, then it should be 100xxx times more potent to destroy evil. Also, does this mean that goku is no longer pure because he had a hard time bouncing it back?

First of all its Dragon ball GT not Dragon Ball Z. GT was not made by the same guy (akira toryiama) that made the original Dragon ball and Dragon Ball Z.
