Sorry for the delay in responding. Let's see, my family there currently live in Herlev, but when they lived in Gladsaxe, they lived in an apartment just down the street from the Hoje Gladsaxe. If you went right from the apartment, there was a Gymnasium and hockey rink there and if you went further, Radio station and those high rise apartments you can see from an airplane. :-P

hot chicks at arround 1:00 minute! i love denmark, mainly the seaside. ive been there with my family in the holidays for at least 8 times now, ´for 2 weeks each year! its just so calm and pretty, u can forget about everything there- beeing outside at the sunny but fresh and cold beach all day or driving arround visiting denmarks peaceful places and playing parlour games in the evening with open fire, great times..

She has great spring on her jumps and she skates with speed, and her spins are really nice too. Obviously she needs to work on her artistry, mainly being graceful in the arms (they just kinda hang when she strokes around) but all of that comes with age and maturity. Bueller... that is hilarious! I do not know the answer but... I have been working w a set of scales from a great theory teacher in LA... Dr. Wally Bower who taught a system of modified Schenkarian harmony and theory employing 2 scales extended major: w variable scale degrees 3 & 6 (3,b3)(6,b6) that produce some great bebop scale hybrids... the harmony that results from the variable scale degrees is also quite cool. Extended minor variable 6, and 7 (6,b6) (7,b7)... it is just music.

Definitely the best part is right after the break. At 3:23, we get this very satisfying (and chromatic!) walking bassline with some great exploration of the mode without feeling the need to hit the root notes at all times. Then he does that ascending scale that sounds like... the combination of a major and a minor or some kind? What is he doing there? Anybody? Bueller?

Bahaha. Three cheers for Tristano. What a distinctive touch. He was never afraid to hammer away. Swinging as hard as he could in a strict metric framework. I love watching how his hands have eyes of their own as they find their way across the keyboard. A tremendous teacher, but always with a very very pointed attack -- his freely improvised section has no real melodic motion; just harmonic and PAINED insistence. It's fantastic. His piano method is so informed by blindness it's unreal.

But compared with with other jazz artists of his time (and earlier), his playing was much more rational. Though I dislike the widely spread oppinion, that he was the embodiment of "Cool"...! :-)

I bought this vinyl double album in 1981 when it was released. I still have it today. It is a treasure and "The River" is one of my favorite Bruce songs!!! I don't necessarily like his politics but that is not what I focus on. He is a music genious!!! What an opportunity to be up close and personal. Truly once in a lifetime!!

This had been a rumour for years that Jojo, had met Bruce and played with him on this street in Copenhagen, Stroget. And then this video popped up from some Swede or Dane, and that´s real cool. Of all the ridiculous comments that it "wasn't a bluff" this one is really brains-for-shit. A value bet is a bet made when the player believes he is more likely to have the best hand than not. Anderson got re-raised on the flop and was more likely to be pushing Hilm off an 8 or trying to represent a) trip 3's b) bigger flush draw. Haha, that's my city! And I think 'sally' has caught the Danish atmosphere pretty well. Though I don't think it's hard for us Danes to break our shell. But she's still right. The Danes don't really go talking to strangers. We needed to be talked to first (kind of a difficult situation). And at summer there's a lot of sunshine and heat waves! It's not that cloudy. But all in all it's a really good video. I think everyone should visit copenhagen some day : D

It is a new version of an old classic by the first known danish punk band named SODS. Later they changed their name to SORT SOL (BLACK SUN). It is actually the singer from Sort Sol u see in the movie, lying on the street beeing kissed. His name is Steen Jørgensen and he is one of Mads Nørgaards personal friends and model sometimes.
