There is no way that is healthy, unless you consider all the sugar in maple syrup to be good for you. And a couple of walnuts don't go very far in the way of protein. That piece of bread is definitely NOT a well-balanced breakfast.

The problem with this is that for most people, it's more of a snack than a full meal. What's worse is that it probably has the same amount of calories, fats, carbs and proteins as a regular meal. That being said, I suppose it would depend on personal preferences. Judging by the video, I would guess, for her, it's 1 of her 3 main meals of that day as she probably doesn't need as much as every other person does. I know this won't fill me up, most things won't, but I'll gladly try it.
