The law is complete flawed. Yes you build a fence, patrol and use surveillance. Yes you will never stop every individual that once to get through but a border will stop a large number of them getting through. Need proof see Germany in the 80s and Isreal now. The law is a bit flawed, especially the part about gang members and amnesty but at the same time just deporting illegal aliens and immigrants is a very bad idea. First off, building a fence around the border is not the solution. It's just ridiculous to seriously believe that illegal aliens won't find a way in. Second, lots of these illegal immigrants will die along with their families if they are deported. There is simply not enough economy to support them in the countries they come from
