And honestly, I think the whole Xenu story is a lot harder to believe than the Ressurection, or any religious story for that matter. I don't have enough space to list all of the reasons why that video is completely wrong, as are you. But, I'll try to anyways. Most of the examples given in that video are written in the Old Testament before the coming of Jesus. Jesus changed the rules, so most of the stuff he cited is no longer practiced nor believed. Christianity does not command we follow every practice in the old testament, and has adapted to the modern world. All it says is to obey what God says NOW. Not then. out of space

Do be proud. Eurovisions come and go... but this performance has riveted itself to my memory. I saw the show as it was broadcasted and it was truly magnificent. And the crowd's reaction just adds to the whole thing. I simply cannot get enough of this, especially how they start serene and gradually ramp the intensity higher and higher until the explosive finale where the growd goes nuts. *This* is how you make a memorable performance... the best of the best, completely out of the blue and go BAM!

I'm a pilot and I know that even if Crosswinds were 65mph (60kts), he wouldn't even attempt to land at Dublin and would just divert to Shannon. Thats an A330 aircraft, and x-wind maximum is 28kts (33mph) so its probably in that red-area.

Ah you poor thing! It can be a little daunting when you are already fearful as it is. Please just know, that they are no big deal, and completely standard procedure to a pilot. There is nothing too special about them, and may occur due to another plane being on the runway still, or at the pilots discretion if the approach isn't to his satisfaction. :)

wow i went through an aborted landing like you, but mine was very very abrupt because the pilot saw on the last minute that the airplane hadnt fully cleared out of the runway. but the passengers didnt know, and specially me (im naturally scared of flying), had a panic attack, i started crying and trembling on the chair, then when landed 15 minutes later, everyone clapped. i couldnt because i was still holdoing on to my seat.

Except that the composer wasn't American but Czech, that the music was composed while he was visiting New York City (and not the far West), and finally that it was composed in 1893, when the "old west cowboys" had already fallen into folklore. It is not the first "American" symphony. But that's not what matters. What matters is what it brings to you and the feelings which awaken when you hear it. That's what music is all about. One thing that I love to do is listen to certain parts of my New World Symphony CD while I'm driving around the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs; it feels like I'm in a Western, riding through Monument Valley with John Wayne! That's what I hear every time I listen to this symphony - the Old West, cowboys, cattle drives, dusty trails, mountains, etc. This is truly the first "American" symphony.

Nigo82 Beautiful symphony. The first movement reminds me of "Around The World In 80 Days" or the Titanic. This symphony was actually written in 1893 and could possible have been performed by Titanic's band. Love the part from 3:50 to 5:10.

Hello Dunhillsky2... I have wrote poetry all my life and recently have turned my hand to song lyrics. I have a friend who is a musician and my first attempt got me the thumbs up. I totally agree with you on the point of how lyrics though they give an obvious meaning also very much so can give the listener a chance to interpret their own meaning. A recent lyric I wrote talks of wisdom and regret, but no-one would know specifically what my regrets are. It's personal, but I'm not an open book.
