I was looking forward to these guys sharing all the good news of Christ. They went part way describing how all sin and are in need of a substitute who is sinless before God, namely Jesus Christ, who died on the cross. But they didn't go further in saying that Christ rose from the dead (YAY!), is seated with the Father, and has sent his Holy Spirit to guide, instruct and comfort his people. If a person believes that Christ is the only way to the father, and puts his faith in him he will be saved.

Either way we are not in a relationship with Jesus, agreeing that He is our only way to the Father, that we must turn from our ways that lead to death and trust Him and His ways. 1I'm not sure if I was 'actually' a Christian, truly repentant or not.I believed that I needed Jesus and everything you hear Christians say. That being said, I grew up, did my own thing etc. etc. I don't believe in Once Saved Always Saved anymore. God makes it clear that this is a false teaching. Prophecy alone (MUCH has been fulfilled)should tell you Jesus is the God/Messiah promised to deliver us. Creation makes it clear there is a God, prophecy makes clear that Jesus is that God. Can I ask you all something? How well do we know the Bible? We can read the scripture,and memorize the verses but we still will not even understand the Bible ever. I doubt that the pastor's at the churches know everything about the Bible, but they know enough to teach us what we need to know. Just a little disappointed that nowhere in this video is anyone HELPING anyone else. There is no living sacrifice, as the song says. The problem is that most "evangelicals" think they are spreading good news, when to most people it is bad news. The essential message is: "You are doomed to hell and eternal torture from birth because God hates your sin. But, if you set aside all your beliefs (or unbeliefs), culture, family, etc., say the "Sinner's Prayer" (or some formulaic prayer) then God's wrath is assauged and you can get into heaven. Nice try. you fail to see the error in your approach. 1) I am sensitized to how you evangelists try to steer the conversation from reality, to your delusion. 2) You do realize as well, that you will only prove my book to be correct by insisting on having the last word? I'm very interested in this "evangelism technique". But please show me where this is done biblically. The example of Jesus at the Well is on instance in scripture and it was God who did it. You cannot build your theology/doctrine on one instance in scripture, generally To be honest this sounds a lot like Jonathan Edward from Crossing Over. The gift of prophecy/knowledge is for the Church. To edify and stregthen the church, at least that's what Paul implied. BUT I AM interested, just show me..

Jesus did a lot of prophetic evangelism - have a look at John 4:4-42 where he encounters a Samaritan woman and Jacob's well. Mark Stibbe's book called 'Prophetic Evangelism' is also a great resource. It explains how Christians can use the gift of prophecy to reach out and speak into the lives of those who don't know Jesus. It wakes us up to the fact that Jesus is alive - that he knows our every thought, word and action. And that our heavenly Father desires to have a real relationship with us.

Your opinion. I've been to Methodist, Baptist, Assemblies of God, and Church of God. None have more enthusiastic worship than a Pentecostal choir (Gateway) I'm sure some are faking- I don't care. That's up to them and God. I surely would think someone singing for God would be excited about it. Should we all sing Amazing Grace or cry ourselves to sleep with a Casting Crowns song? I have around 230 or so CDs of Christian music. Gateway is the best choir, Newsboys are the best group IMO
