you all? speak for them, dude lol. I've always known Metallica to be a (former) thrash band. I have no problem ranking them amongst other greats such as Exodus, Testament, Kreator, Sodom, etc. but that's only for their old days because it's the only time they wrote anything really worth listening to.

I live in SC not too far from where Hootie and the Blowfish started. They've been possibly my favorite band since cracked rear view. Darius has an awesome and flexible voice and writes awesome and touching songs. If you ever get the chance to see him or Hootie live, you owe it to yourself to go. They have been together for almost 20 years and still put on one of the greatest and most fun live shows you can go to. Ever August in Myrtle Beach, SC at the House of Blues they play a great show.

I was 25 and have just barely discovered Bob, mostly because I was brought up in a different culture, but when I did discover him,I was just speachlees! I saw his live perfomance (unfortunately on TV) in SFO and I was totally mesmerised! There are no words to describe this exprerience. He had a special charisma and talent that not many posesses. Yes, I'm with you. I wish I saw him in live concert.
