AH! I knew that was the Rimmel eyeliner you were holding! I recognized the green color. I feel Rimmel eyeliner is pretty hit-or-miss. I have a black one that's "eh" and the Jungle Green that I really like. It doesn't stay put in the waterline though.

its 16 dollars for the urban decay eyeliner....however if your on a budget I highly recommend Rimmel soft coal black eye liner. Its about 3 dollars and super creamy. I accually prefer the dark color Rimmel provides over Urban Decay, but everyones eyes are different :)

Hi Marlena, The eyeliner I've been using which I really like as a drug store type is Almy Amazing Lasting 16 hour pencil. It works great for me. I've probably tried every single pencil in Walgreens, CVS and Rite Aid and can honestly say that this one beats everything I've ever tried. Give it a try if you haven't already and see what you think. I really enjoy and look forward to your videos. Thanks!

hmmm i think for dark skin your eyes will stand out more if you use deep opaque colors: gold,lavender, olive green (think rihanna), dusty rose pink, rich orange peach etc. Black or navy blue on a dark skin wont do much (but other blue tones might be nice)

Your decision! :-) It's about $5 or $6, and has a nice fine tip, so you can put as much or as little on as you like. Target sells it, and probably most bigger drug stores. When women call each other trampy, it's usually jealousy. Bear that in mind when your sister says that, ok? Your getting older is a threat to her, as her boyfriends might like you, too. ;-) See it as a compliment. And lots of practice, that will help you get it on straight.

Well, I'm a makeup artist and what I do is apply a super fine line close to the lashes. I use Almay 18 hr liner and a Cargo bent liner brush.. Sephora sells them. THEN I take powder..smudge it on the pallet or back of the hand and take a rubber type applicator and put in on top of the liner for a smoky, smudged look. With what she did, there is a good chance she'll be wearing in on her upper lid before long with nothing under for backup.

Maybe it would set the woman's rights movement back, but I wish they could offer classes like these in high schools; disguise it as part of a personal hygiene curriculum or something. It took me while to figure out what makeup looked best on me. It seems that you and I have the same eyes...LOL... Firstly, I have problems with one of those liquid liners with long brushes irritating my skin. Most importantly, I have EXACTLY the same problem with the felt tip pens. I agree, I think there is something in the eyeshadow that blocks the sponge spaces and the product will not come out at all.

Thanks, I will try Revlon Colourstay. I've never had much luck with liquid eyeliners. The liner ends up where it's not meant to be and then I have to start over which usually means removing the shadow I've already applied. I usually use an eyeliner pencil instead.

I found it hilarious that you didn't like the Sally eyeliner. I used to work there and constantly tried all the products. Their sally girl eyeliner is terrible! The only good product is the mini eye shadows. Also... you should try their Palladio liquid eye liner. Revlon colorstay is my favorite but this probably comes in second.
