I love this song. By the way, has anyone noticed the translations? I mean, you can see how our language(english) was derived from the other language(I think it is greek or latin). Look at the first tranlsation at 0:10. Luna, means moon. 17: variablis: variable: changing. 29: decresis: decrease: waning or falling. 52: Dissolvit: dissolve: melt, Glaciem: Glacier: Ice. 1:03: Rota: Rotate: Spin: whirling. All of you are completely missing what I am saying. Believe it or not, yes, I have pretty much delved into any possible meanings this song could hold or atleast any I could catch on to. I don't mind people saying they like the song. But nearly everyone here says its the best song ever to exist and they blow it way out of context. This is literatly Final Fantasy VII all over again. Also, I am not whinning, I do not whine about stupid crap like this or even at all. Its pathetic and not worth it.

A little creativity with the Latin translations I don't mind, but what gave you the idea that "fortem" (2:11) meant "string man"? The line is translated as "Lays low the brave." Also, I'm pretty sure "angaria" means "debt". ("Vale of tears"? Really?)

Its not overrating the song to say you enjoy it...or that it moves you. Also I highly doubt you thought of every meaning it could hold. I dont believe even the artist of the song or the poet who wrote the verses knew every possible meaning of their work. It is a beautiful song and a wonderful poem. So stop whinning about people liking it man.

Uhhh, yes I did. I listen heartfully to the song, I memorized it's meaning, I thought of every possible meaning it could hold, and I listend to it several times over with a different state of mind. I've also delved into any metaphoracle meanings it could hold and looked to see if I could apply them to my day-to-day life. Hell, I've practically memorized the first two anf a half minutes of the lyrics. You are, in fact, overrating it.

Quizá dijo qué asco por la versión. En el Oh Fortuna no se puede oir una voz más subida que la otra y luego el platillo que le ponen al principio... tze... no me gusta mucho, la verdad :s. Pero bueno, quitando versiones, sigue siendo una de mis canciones preferidas (por no decir directamente mi preferida :P). De todos modos, no digo que esta sea "la peor" pues en directo escuché una vez un orfeón que parecía dormido! :S no no, hay que interpretarla con la emoción que se merece.
