I was listening to the radio .... there was a talk-back discussion of different fried rice recipes, and someone mentioned they went to a Thai restaurant and the fried rice had tomatoes cooked with it. I thought that was interesting, but I like this YouTube recipe better. The basil inclusion looks very interesting, I will try it for sure! Should a particular oil be used or can I use olive oil?
