I stopped listening to hip hop when it became clean and sterile. IMO hip hop should be raw and dirty - soulful, in other words. I'm sure there are still many underground artists who keep it that way but I mostly listen rap from early to 90's - when MPC 3000 and SP 1200 were the weapons of choice. Peace.
