I might show this video to anyone who can't throw a backhand but the overhand and chicken wing are virtually useless throws in ultimate frisbee, they lack a high level of control. The Sidearm is also a British pronunciation and it is usually called the forehand or flick on the US east cost.

that's the totally wrong way to throw the forehand... you're supposed to step with the same foot as your throwing arm... otherwise it's a travel! super duper important

Okay, I have a one year old BC, which is a gift to my 22 year old son. This dog is high drive and frisbee and ball crazy. How young can you start their jumping? I've heard the growth plates have to be formed. So far we don't let him jump too high, or twist. Although, he will jump and twist and who can stop him , ugh. When is this safe, at what age?

Depends where you are, generally in America (which i'm going to guess you are as you called Football "Soccer") they play in the spring like coley6316 says, but in other places, such as here in england we play all year round, indoors sometimes when the weather is too bad or we fancy a change but there is a "winter league" too where we play outside through the winter regardless of the weather. It's still fun but damn it hurts your hands in the snow

No!! The reasoning was that there was already a nature trail in place. I even went as far as to file a complaint with the EPA citing that one of the baskets was placed 15 feet from the edge of the stream that runs thru it. The EPA went strait to the persons responsible in the township for the approval of the disc course. I was then told told by the EPA represenative that the EPA finds nothing wrong with it and they found no erosion near the stream. No kidding, the course just opened.

These things really are very fun. Of course if you are even a few degrees off your partner has to run a LOOONG way. Actually that's part of the fun. These things move pretty fast so if you manage to sprint faster than it and then catch it you do feel pretty proud of yourself. :) They handle the wind pretty nicely too. I've had mine for five years (literally) and it's still holding fine so they are well made too (and this one's been crashed into fences more times than I'd like to mention).

initially I started playing with a finger on the rim. When you get better you can do it the other way. It feels awkward at first putting all your fingers on the rim for some people. Of course it works better. But since this was a video on basics I guess he just wanted to cater to people who find it awkward. =)

This is a classic case of someone who was very sincere about serving GOD and Christ and His Gospel, ... but who was very addicted to a sinful and carnal lifestyle on the side. I'm not a Christian, but it's obvious that this Lonnie guy never became a "new creature in Christ," because his lifestyle said one thing, while he did another. He was only fooling himself, and others too. If only he could have just been up front about who he was, rather than hiding behind a Christian facade. I met Lonnie in 1985. At the time I knew or suspected nothing regarding homosexuality, and wouldn't have from my interaction with him. Looking back, however, he did have this 'friend' traveling w/him, who (in retrospect) seemed a little 'funny'. I can't say that I know anything for sure about this other guy, except that doctrinally he seemed off when I spoke w/him -- and I wondered "why is Lonnie with this guy?" I don't know that Lonnie would want us to put him in a box, label or categorize him as strictly one certain orientation. He believed homosexuality was wrong. He was married at one point of life. He may have struggled with a certain type of temptation, but he is not here to speak for himself. Im hesitant to label any as bi, hetero, etc. because only they know how they feel, what exactly they struggle with and why.
