Ok, the ps2 was fucked from the start, but the sledge hammer, if she would of brought it straight down on the cube it woulda broke, idk about the xbox. Also the demon drop was bs to, if you noticed the gamecube went to the error screen when she started it so it wouldnt work anyway, and i bet if u used a tooth pick you could turn the xbox on by pressing the button the plastic does.

This is the intro sequence for one of my favorite games, Eternal Darkness for the Gamecube. If you have a good subwoofer then you're in for a treat with this game! Excellent gameplay, story and music. Pick this one up if you can find it, it plays perfectly on the Wii as well and should not be missed. I only hope they someday make a sequel!

get the revisions i recommend r1185 (for 32 bit) its almost always full speed. and can emulate wii games (with wiimote support) SSBM go's even to fast =D no more sound problems and no more glitches. wii emulation is a lot of times at full speed

Yea the audio plugin for dolphin is not all the way up to par yet, so as a result any PCM audio like music will clip after a few seconds. Sometimes if you are lucky you will get a good audio emulation day like in my second dolphin video the music works perfectly. Its kinda sporadic ;)

No, there's a difference. Back then, they used pixels because it was really all they knew how to do at the time. The old games were great. As for Twilight Princess, I had more fun playing that than this game, but it still had the same problem. It was just a new mixed, version of two (or more) Zelda games (Ocarina of Time and A Link to the Past). I could give reasons why I had more fun, but that would probably bore you.

Actually, there is one thing I never like in graphics. Cell shading. I mean, I can understand if it's used for a game based off a cartoon series, but if it's used on a series like Zelda, I get really pissed off. Why? Well, for starters, it was a really babish game. Wow, do I have to go into details about that? The enemies are cheesy, Link acts like a retard, the puzzles take 5 seconds, etc. Another thing is the series is usually serious, but turn it into a cartoon, and... well, isn't it obvious?

Even with motion plus, its incredibly hard to accurately monitor motion like that. If you expected to be able to make perfect and exact sword strokes on games like Red Steel and Zelda, then you were expecting far too much from the get go. Not trying to insult you, just saying. Also, just because most games only have you waggle doesn't mean the Wii sucks. There is the VC, every single first-party title, No More Heroes and Medal of Honor Heroes 2, there's a lot to be happy about.

The Wii remote controls aren't like Nintendo said they will be. In most of the games you just have to shake the wii remote and that sucks! Why can't I do some moves with it? They are casual so the kids and gramps can play. The only game that has good graphics and controls is Metroid Prime 3 because Retro didn't know that Wii is made for casuals. That sucks but Nintendo are making Wii motion plus that will change Wii future and it will finally be like it should. Wii games will also use TEv unit.

Loved this game Suda 51 is a great designer. There is also a new game due out on the wii called mad world looks really cool very stylish artwork much like this its in black and white almost sin city like mixed with gears of war looks great check it out.

However, what you get is an incredible storyline which I don't think you can get in one sitting but rather in a few sittings (it's very intense and comic book like). Some of the themes are pretty interesting though - war (especially at the end of the game which I won't mention for spoilers sake), identity, good versus evil. It has alot of symbolism. All in all, if you want to play a deep, artistic game that has some "functional" controls go for it - just wear a sanity hat :P.

It's a great game but you HAVE to be open minded to play it. It's strange to see the controls taking a background and more functional purpose than the story in a game, but in this case it's fine. To be honest though, I didn't find the controls all that bad, although the aiming could be slightly sharper (is there a way to adjust the speed/sensitivity of the aiming?). However I agree with what Matt said in the review - The total package is greater than the sum of the parts.

I recently read that the closing of Clover Studios was also related to key people leaving it, and absorbing the studio just made economic sense. However, it does seem that Okami was a relative flop both in Japan and North America. And No More Heroes should be a top-seller for the Wii, but isn't. As a huge No More Heroes fan, I consider myself lucky: I just bought Okami and have ordered Killer 7. The anticipation of playing these games is killing me, I'm so excited!

You want my source? Wikipedia, Gamespot and common sense. People don't like different things, they just want to play the same thing over and over again because they find it fun (look at Final Fantasy and Halo). It's a shame killer 7 didn't sell well, more people should try Suda 51's games.

It's a decent game. 7 out of 10 IMO. The story while presented in various mediums (which is cool. Flash, anime, 3D) is so wide and open to interpretation that it's like ok...you're right, I'm right, she's right. Some aspects of it are good but some of it (The Divine element) aren't. Also I wasn't a fan of not being able to tell the distinction between Japanese and Americans from an aesthetic point of view. If by chance you forget a character's name you may get screwed in certain scenes.

Pal speed up should only effect movies shot on film cos of the 24 fps of film, NTSC is lower res but can be displayed progressively PAL games should run slower because they have a 50hz refresh rate, also retro games will probably have borders on the picture because of the extra resolution of PAL not being used. To stop movies sounding sped up they use a pitch shifter to make it sound normal, but in movies the score will soon run out of sync when played at the same time as it's soundtrack on a CD

Have you never heard of the term "PAL speed up"? This a reason why American versions of various media is longer because they have more time to fit frames into. It is also why music is faster on PAL. PAL scans 50 times a second NTSC scans 60 times a second. Now a film generates 24 fps. PAL is 50 fields a second with half and image shown then the other half there for 25 fps so there arn't enough frames so one is repeated, hence people used to NTSC see a flicker. PAL faster, NTSC is clearer though.

No it is not! PAL uses a 50 HZ frequency and NTSC 60HZ! When I played my Virtua fighter 4 at 50 HZ it was cool but i tried it 60 HZ and it was much faster!

I personally like this one the best... Deception Beats Armageden any day... Reason one it beats it is they took out the fatalitys, reason two is that the konquest mode was the best one so far, and the third reason is that i really liked some of the kontent that u kould unlock like the movies and the cards... OH, and another reason is that scorpion some times breaks his own neck when he is about to get fatalityed! lol Which is AWSOME~!!!!! =]
