It's funny, I heard this song yesterday on CBC radio 2 and just about pissed myself laughing picturing a video for it. It was actually pretty close to this except there was more ridiculous dancing and, I must say, a better ending. Sounds like it would make a great theme song for a show.

I didn't go through an ex-gay program, but I prayed and I tried and I cried and I got yelled at by religious people, I payed 2 grand so someone would not shove their religion on me. Ultimately I walked away from religion. I wish I had known of liberal denominations, but as in your case, christianity drove me from it, by showing it's hate even though it claimed to be about love. No but the drug programs can show, not just by anecdotal evidence, but by empirical evidence that they can work X amount of times. These gay to str8 programs are so bereft of even anecdotal evidence that they should be considered highly suspect and extremely dangerous to the individual. They don't work. To address the first part of your question, you refer to sexual orientation as if it applies only to homosexuals. If you are straight, do you think anyone could convince you to change your sexual attraction to the opposite sex? Then you have your answer, it can't be changed. There is also the common misconception that bisexuals are either promiscuous or can't make up their minds. Bisexuals fall in love with someone regardless of their gender, and I think that's a beautiful thing.
