Why not encourage private business in Belarus? Why? Lukashenko if he wasn't a fool could've made a couple of changes in that direction and instead of begging for a gas on his knees in front of Russia he could be walking with his head high in front of other countries! Instead he stupidly keeps isolating himself from the rest of the world and I am sure that in the future Belarus probably will be under Russia again because of it's poor economy!
