Reminds me of NYC in the good days, when I was growing up in BK (our damn t.v. was still black and white, and we had a fucked-up antenna on it! whachu' young'n's know about that?! NOT A DAMN THING!). wrong. AMG Mercedes are for tool bags. Plus the CTS has almost 50 more horsepower (100 lb/ft) with the same size engine at a much lower price. plus its electronically limited to 155 (CTS does 191). The BMW M5 and CTS-V are twice the car the CLS. Not to mention it looks like crap and quality control is terrible at Mercedes (they have even admitted it.)

european cars are easily on top with that build quality, but the viper acr beat gt2 by 4 seconds and gtr by 6 seconds on buttonwillow (about 2 minute track) with same driver (car and driver). the gt2 should be able to match zr1 at the ring someday, and god knows whatll happen if they bring that venomous snake!

Where on earth did you get this info from?? I went to Pistonhead's website and cant find any mention of this there or anywhere on the net. The zr1 had Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires with stock ride height and weight with pump gas - try this quote from Tadge J. Juechter: "The car was bone stock with the exception of the communications and safety equipment" I'd love to see the source of your information and not just speculation.

GM's Tadge Juechter has finally admitted that the ZR1 used to run the ring was a heavily modified ringer: "We used full racing slicks and C6R suspension" said Juechter. Pistonhead's promptly and accurately documented this shocking news. Earlier this month the respected Roundel magazine verified that the ZR1 used to run the ring was indeed producing 993hp. They reportedly also used a high downforce aero package from the c6r which reduced it's straight line speed but provided enormous grip!

I know that sound that the prop makes when you're getting hit with crazy winds like that, especially when it hits hard enough to make the stall horn sound off. Bugger that for a joke :) Mind you, I took a 172 into Wellington a few weeks ago and it was 340 deg 36G40 and boy was it rough! The flight manual flew up out of the seat pocket and hit the ceiling and disintegrated :-)
