Simple: look at wcw circa 2000. Or I can cite the de-push of guys like Shelton Benjamin and Christian in the wwe so that guys like Snitsky get air time. And don't forget he had a pretty good writer in Paul Heyman when he was booking for smackdown. It's a matter of opinion obviously, but from what I see and read Ace seems quite condescending.

being in charge of talent relation means he's got to do the diry work for Vince. for instance he may say to a wrestler "I want to hire you and I want to give you this amount of money" but if he go back to Vince and Vince say no, then it'S Ace that looks like crap. AS far as booking he hasn't been involved with it much in WWE other than around 2002 and 2003 on Smackdown and it was regarded as the show's best years. So why wasn't he a good booker again?

why isn't he a good booker? Check rf video shoot interviews sometime and see how he lies to talent, and why isn't he a good booker? Look at the WWE product while he has been there. I think it speaks volumes for whether or not he is a good booker or not.

Misawa is one of the greats. Morishima is an up and commer in the NOAH ranks. Misawa has had some stinkers in the past year or so, but the build up to this match has been promising during the tour. Can this match deliver? Can Morishima upset Misawa in a bid to move up the NOAH ladder fighting for the GHC Championship?

Wow! That was a freakin' match! Hope TNA and WWE are taking notes! 100% agree with Manny Biggz that striking blows make very "legit" finishers. The last 3 minutes of that match were better than anything I've seen in a while. Great pacing, back and forth and a fantastic finish. The way a match should be worked.

A elbow smash can be a more the legitimate way to finish a match. In Japan, they treat striking moves the way they were meant to be treated. Elbows are one of the hardest parts of our body. I see nothing wrong with pinning someone after a flurry of elbows to someone's head. You're supposed to consider the concept of the moves after all.

I'm not big on puro, but I enjoy Morishimas work. Having said that, I can't stand Misawa. I respect what he's done but no part of him appeals to me. That and the fact that he couldn't sell ointment in a burn ward. He just flat out is not what he used to be. He got passed by in athleticism and I dont think has ever been charismatic. Just my opinion though I'm sure someone will tell me how stupid and wrong I am.

WOW! Two of my most favorite Japanese heavyweight prowrestlers in the same ring battling. It always amazed me how these two beasts could move and fly like cruiserweights and crush each other with devastating strikes and bombs for 30-60 minutes straight. Sadly, you'll never see this in next generation's wrestlers, except ROH. I'd love to see Misawa vs. Samoa Joe in ROH.

i agree 100 percent. I feel the american fans just dont have the respect they do. Also there are no more big matches. Theres no flair vrs hogan or anything like that. The wrestlers now are just pushed down our throats because they have a good look instead of being a great wrestler. If misawa or kawada came to the wwe and was able to wrestle at the full capabilites they d take every title

Well folks, Considering WWE is "trial testing" Takeshi Morishima, in some recent dark matches he had. I wouldn't be suprised, to see this guy land a contract. And if so, watch out, my only concern is that they will try and "mold" him, to there wrestling style. They did this already with; Taka, Tajiri, and Kenzo Suzuki. I hope to hell, they don't goof on this guy, with his credentials we shall see...I'm just shocked, that WWE acknowledged, a NOAH Representative infront of the live crowd.
