I don't see how anyone can "disagree with A LOT of Ron Paul's views" but that's your right. Unfortunately when a person is against what the mainstream media is forcing down our throats on a daily basis, that person doesn't get a fair shake in the world of politics. I disagree with a lot of Ron Paul's views but I respect his integrity, honesty, and courage to stand up for his beliefs. It's a shame how Fox and the GOP dissed him during the primaries. Paul should run as an independent in 2012. Barack Obama demonstrated how it's possible to raise enough money off the internet to run and win. Ron Paul has already shown that he has the grassroots support to . If Paul runs as an independent, then I'll definitely write a check!

I know, dralter is a dumb douche! However, I think I might know what was going on in that little mind of his. I noticed on the right, that there is a short video or "highlight" video of the Mythbuster's Presentation. That video is only a few minutes long. Then there is this video which is the full version of presentation, as in all 16 minutes of Mythbusters goodness. But, YouTube limits you to 10 minutes so it had to be broken up into 2 parts. I suppose he could of labeled it better.

It the temperature hours after were 700C that equates out to approx 1292F. Steel begins to stretch when temperatures above 700F. This characteristic of steel was part of the reason for the collapse of the North and South Towers. In 7 WTC the metal joints due to this temperature began to give way rendering central colums useless and then with the temperature these central columns gave way to the stress. If you think that the gov't was behind the collapse of 7 WTC I would have to disaree. The North Tower collapsed, debris of the falling tower hit 7 WTC. That did damage to the tower side of the building. Look the only thing that got me riled up was the fact that you put the blame on Ron Paul. His original intent was to get the people involved with 9/11. However, this Bush administration went and broke this resolution and did whatever they wanted through some loop-hole that doesn't exist. When I was younger I was allowed to stay up half an hour later on a Friday night just to watch Blackadder and never remember being told not to watch because it was unsuitable. There are a lot worse comedies now that have unsuitable language and content than this and most people wouldn't bat an eyelid at kids watching. Looka t comedies like Little Britain. Do you even know what the Fed does? Every macroeconomic adjustment the Fed makes independently of the political process can be done through fiscal policy by the Congress. It doesn't make any sense to have an unchecked authority monopolizing the reserve currency of the entire world. Do you know anything about monetary economics? With any expandable money supply, economic calculation becomes more difficult, if not impossible, because the value of every unit of currency is in such flux.

If they need a 7 billion dollar loan to weather this period of economic hardship, why don't they prove their credit-worthiness to a private bank, and obtain the funds in that manner? At any rate, Congress allocating any loans to the Big Three would only serve to prop up the automotive industry. If demand has dropped off for the vehicles they produce, they should be cutting back production in order to profit on the actual demand of consumers.
