Considering that he almost never plays this song live it is a real treat and one can understand why the guy at the front of this tape screams out in pure joy. I think this songs gets ignored amongst Rosalita and the other great songs on Side 2 of The Wild, the Innocent, and the E-Street Shuffle, now 34 years old. Plus he rarely plays it. This is the first time I've ever seen a full band version. The acoustic version is almost too beautiful for words. It makes me want to cry because I'm alive in a world that contains such beauty. Thank God for Bruce Springsteen. Has he done anything else since this album was released in 1973?

This is one of my favorite scenes in any show ever. It seriously pulls heartstrings. I like how the song "little drummer boy" goes with the fact that it is a military funeral, but is actually not even about funerals but a joyous event. Definately a 10/10 scene.
