Lasers are used for all types of things and it was just a matter of time before a weapon was made out of it. Hell auto plants cut steel inches thick with a laser all the time. The project does have bugs like all new projects but the laser is firing up to 7 miles and cooking targets with ease. Also using something like Tinfoil is not going to work because it is hitting the target and cooking it with temperatures reaching that of the sun.

Amazing how stupid civilians are. The "laser" is a chemical laser more like a "plasma Laser". This is a spin off from the star wars project of the 80's. It was revived in the late 1990's and info has been out there about it since then. The Air Force has been working on this thing with a limited budget and it will be part of the anti missile defense and it is going onto a C-130 soon for field testing at Edwards Air Force base. Line of sight weapons are very real and the way of the future.

A plane crashed into a building, no laser tech of then or now would do any damage that that plan ewouldn't have done. The "flash" that was shown was not created by some kind of laser device attached to the plane for any logical mechanical reason and if it did the flash would be a constant spot over a period of time, instead of an instant burst. the flash was actually created because of the way the glass reflected light when it shattered into trillions of pieces on impact. nothing more.

the reason why the shadow looks like that is because of multiple reasons: 1: airlines have an elongated shape with a cone shaped cockpit and would naturally cast a similarly shaped shadow. Notice that the shadow is cast at an angle. 2: the section of darker shadow area occurs because more light is blocked by the wing surface. that would give the illusion that guy was talking about, especially with a poor quality video.

I believe of all the theories Ive heard, the phaser theory makes perfect sense!! It is also possible that those in the plane were quite dead long before the impact! I believe, intruders beamed onto the planes and desposed of the occupants, the directed the planes at the buildings, possibly with the use of a tractor beam and them from a cloaked vessel fired phasers at the buildings! It makes perfect sense!! But their motive may be more complicated than just killing a target!!

So if the nose of the plane made it through almost completely intact, why did we not see it exit the fireball and continuing to the ground? Why would a high tech guidance system need to be strapped to the bottom of the plane? The simplest solution would be a remote control system using a modified auto-pilot computer and vid cams in the cockpit, much like the UAV's mentioned in the video. And a Laser melting a hole large enough for the planes nose to go through? Not practical at all.
