Besides feeling sick, being extremely thirsty, needing to pee but you can't, not feeling if you are breathing or not, seeing yourself turning blue from the lack of oxygen, barely seeing because your eyes are so dry, getting extremely paranoid and think you're going to die and eventually going to the ER because you realized you might have overdosed even though you didn't eat that much,being EXTREMELY hungover the next 3 days. 2 tsp isn't enough. The rule of thumb is to take 1 gram for every pound you weigh. One tablespoon is approximately equal to 7 grams. Ground nutmeg will not be as potent as whole nutmeg. If using ground nutmeg it might be okay to swallow as much as half a bottle which usually has about 50 grams total. If using whole nutmeg, you have to grind it yourself first and never use more than 3 tablespoons. It is possible to overdose on nutmeg. It takes at least 5 hours before the effects will be felt.

Mkay this halloween on friday i took 6 tbsp of nutmeg from a company called spice islands. I mixed it with a bottle of water and drank it at 11 00 am. i went to a party and at around 500 i felt a mild high setting in. it gradually got stronger. at around 800pm i kicked in and kicked hard. i was hallucinating all night. i went to bed at 1130pm still tripping balls. i woke up the next morning high not tripping and the high took until 600 pm on sunday to completely go away. to be continued...

I have actually done the 'nutmeg trip' once! I've never repeated it. I ground up about six nutmegs. I took it all at once. Nothing. Then the next day at night,I started to get 'high',in a different state,not like drunk,not like weed,I can' explain,actually it was low more than high,it wasn't like an hallucigenic 'shroom,then I slept for hours and hours. Nutmeg is ok if you know how to take it. I didn't have any sickness or anything. I calculated that 3 teaspoons would be a proper dose for me. I took it and afzer 2 hours I was feeling euphoric, little dizzy and disorented and I had a little dry mouth and a red eyes. After 5 hours I was stoned like on marijuana but effects were not so itense. I had problems with my memory I was watching dr House and when commercial came I forgot what I was watching.
