Bluefalcon.. Pauls voice when I saw him in Koln was amazing. He hit those high Cs everytime and held them, the eleven thousand crowd screamed encore until he walked off stage. You are now seeing a great in progress. Just keep watching, better and better every six months.Over one hundred concerts in ten months where he sang for over two hours almost non stop, I think the stamina needed for opera is there.

hansquad Just heard him sing at Koln, to eleven thousand packed house, he brought the roof down. Pauls voice was so powerful in February when I saw him, is even better now, up there with greats, the audience screamed over five minute encore, he left the stage still ongoing. What you say is so wrong, you say your a classical singer, never heard of you.

The public love him and this is what matters - whether he is great or not is in the hands of the general public not in the hands of hapless critique who have never had the ability to win anything let alone the adoration and love of the plebeian masses. hi, he may not be a great opera singer right now - however he possesses the ability to be great. He has the potential to be one of the greats with classical training and that is undeniable - his high C's attest to this fact. I am an opera fan and have been for many years. Pavarotti, Caruso and Tuscanni were heavily criticised early in their careers yet it was Pavarotti who brought Nessun Dorma to the limelight. Mario Lanza was critized all through his career yet he remains still popular.

Yes he is awesome, he's above pop singer, but still below real opera tenor, so there in the middle. Allow me to offer you some real great tenor voices to listen to: Beniamino Gigli, Franco Corelli(this guy was the mentor of Andrea Bocelli), Luciano Pavarotti, Alfredo Kraus, Franco Bonisolli. Listen(all can be found on youtube), and I think you can find the difference, Paul will be heard too 'pop' compared to them. BTW, I sing classical too,not better than paul,I never studied.Please listen..=)

Fantastic performance especially considering it could have been jittery for him knowing that this show was the most widely viewed performance that he's had in the U.S. The CD sales skyrocketed immediately after this and into the forefront crossing over on many musical categories on amazon. I disagree. The last thing is sometimes the best thing. A voice teacher that says "no" and throws the standard 24 Italian songs at a young student may crush the spirit and enthusiasm for singing. This is a beautiful and timeless melody that may have inspired her to learn opera, and the voice teacher can still apply good technique in the meantime.

Be careful with that instrument, you've got time and you will have a beautiful voice as you mature. Develop your technique with easier stuff because your voice is its most fragile right now. There is NO reason to push it like this yet. Listen to opera and learn the repitore. Learn to play piano and gain knowledge of music theory. Take it easy and learn as much as you can about music right now, the stronger your foundation is the more choices you will have later on. Good luck to you!

This guy sucks in my opinion. Most people that enjoyed Pauls performance, are not opera fans. When I listened to this video, it firmly reminded me why I don't like opera. One of the many reasons we liked Paul so much is that he "DOES NOT" sound like this guy! Can you imagine if this carlos guy got up there on BGT and started signing like that?? Some people would think he was some kind of comedy act were he was making fun of opera singers. LOL That's what I would have thought.

Yes, recycling flags is great. You saw the photos of flags in clear trash bags with cans and cups. As for the others about which the Dems are lying, most people don't leave flags for eight days on the loading dock next to the dumpster and never come back for them. Official statement from DNC said they were in "storage." That is a lie. If they wanted them, they wouldn't have been left on the loading dock for 8 days. You're right, the vendor had no right to give them away (unless they were just considered trash by the DNC). The Denver Post reported info given by anonymous vendor. I wonder who is this "anonymous vendor" ? Can "anonymous vendor" prove that they were found on loading dock, or next to dumpster ? The DENVER POST reported that the flags sat on a dock for over a week. They were not really in storage, unless of course, you store things for safekeeping for over a week on a loading dock by the dumpster. If they were taken without permission, someone needs to be arrested for theft. That would be a coup for the Dems if they got someone arrested.
