It was and is the attitude of a traitor. Period.
By: Dai07. on 01 Dec 08, 17:29:37
Jizedi have the right to say that if he wish the soldiers to die. He got Freedom of Speech, there no treason in that. But if he ever say that to a soldier, well if a soldier feel like it during off duty. Jizedi might get a beating depending on the soldier mood. Jizedi, I dunno who you are. But soldiers have job.A job that they do not like. A lot soldiers rather chill and relax than going out there getting themselve shot at. But someone gotta do it.
By: XarisGuitars. on 27 Nov 08, 18:49:52
Let me put it to you this way, if you're NOT offended by Jizedi's comments, you have some big problems. I can't believe you want to sit here arguing about whether he's "allowed" to say what he said rather than, as a human being, recognize with me the disgusting, sub-human nature of his remarks. I'm getting the feeling that you either share his sentiments or you just like to argue.
By: Hairysteed. on 27 Nov 08, 17:48:06
Bomb threats and shouting "fire" in a crowded building as well as slander (intentionally telling things about someone that aren't true e.g. "Obama is a muslim and a terrorist") I can understand, as these DO infringe the rights and safety of others, but how the hell does saying "I wish our troops die" fit there? It's not like saying it will make it happen - right? It might irritate and offend people who think otherwise, but do you really think people have the right not to be offended?
By: XarisGuitars. on 27 Nov 08, 14:43:13
Freedom of speech doesn't mean you can say anything and get away with it. Take bomb threats and slander for example. When your speech threatens or infringes the basic rights of others, it crosses the line. And you fail to miss the entire sentiment of my response to Jizedi--who said 1. he could care less that our troops are dying, and 2. he wishes Petraeus were dead. That's the attitude of a traitor, not someone who wants to address the problems and fix things. Sounds like he's Al-Qaeda.
By: Hairysteed. on 27 Nov 08, 10:34:24
Do you have any frigging idea what freedoms the US constitution grants you?! There is no "treasonous speech" in America, only free speech! You can even shout "Down with USA" from the top of your lungs right in front of the white house without getting into trouble with the law! I don't suppose you want to wipe off the 1st amendment and change all that? You call Jizedi's statement an atrocity! A statement isn't an atrocity and speech kills no-one.
By: XarisGuitars. on 26 Nov 08, 17:02:20
People are so unprincipled nowadays. Just behold the atrocity of Jizedi's (an American's) statement and don't give me a Scandinavian's view of what America should be. You keep your loyalties to Finland; I'll keep mine to the United States.
By: Hairysteed. on 26 Nov 08, 16:43:15
You'd have to go to North Korea for that... There's no such thing as "Treasonous speech" in America... Let's keep it that way!
By: Matador11990. on 15 Nov 08, 00:30:46
Gen. Petraeus is extremely well educated and trained, as well as highly respected and talented. Had he run the war from the beginning we wouldn't even have an insurgency in Iraq. He's the only reason we're even close to leaving Iraq in victory. I don't think we should have ever invaded and occupied Iraq, but if we're going to be in that war I'm glad we are making the best of it with this general.
By: XarisGuitars. on 14 Nov 08, 17:02:19
You ought to be tried for treasonous speech, you scum bag.
By: stephinately. on 13 Nov 08, 21:50:14
How can you say "God Bless America" when you stated that you could care less if troops die. I'd like to see you run the nation better. Petraeus has been trained extensively in foreign relations as it pertains to a military stand point. You try graduating from West Point Academy and becoming a 4 star general in the United States Army. The fact is, the man is highly intellegent, knows what he's doing, and probably cares more about his country and the people in it than you ever could imagine.
By: Jizedi. on 13 Nov 08, 05:46:21
He's doing a great job letting Osama Bin Laden run free while our troops (who I don't really care about at all) die left and right. Oh well. Guess it's okay. It'd be better if he DID walk into a mine field and die. Die horribly. God Bless America.
By: urnman89. on 07 Nov 08, 00:07:00
First of all way to be sneak a little bit of racism in there. Secondly McCain's like 5'6 so no its not.
By: ir1shqt. on 01 Nov 08, 22:36:39
Guess I'm going to hell. What an idiot Sarah Palin is!!!!1
By: capoate. on 30 Oct 08, 23:06:25
Is that Maccain on the left? seriously, does anybody know? or is it some other pasty, good old boy?
By: OptimusGonzoo. on 26 Oct 08, 01:48:09
But his comment on ensuring the conditions was more directed at staying apolitical than it was supporting McCain or Obama. That's the point I was making.
By: allthegirlswantme. on 25 Oct 08, 21:45:23
did you just watch the same video that i did? because what i heard petraeus say was that you have to ensure the conditions were correct before you talk to them like mccain says. barack on the other hand wants to give'um a big ole hug and say were sorry.
By: mrc926. on 24 Oct 08, 23:58:19
If you can't even try to communicate, you can not not not even think you can win. Obama is wiser than mcCAIN.
By: sleonardelli. on 23 Oct 08, 19:49:43
xesisgood: Guess I'm headed 4 Hell, then. Could be the many Repulicans allegedly jumping ship R because of Palin. IDK.
By: DEMONSPEEDIN. on 18 Oct 08, 21:23:19
It seems the problem with tension all over the world is LACK of communication, it's nuts because of modern tech. we communicate faster than ever in history. One thing nobody is talking about is the President of Iran is not that powerfull, he is a moron and his own people know it, and so does Washington. The Ayatollahs,4 or 5 of them, have power, not the idiot that spews his BS we see. From what I've read they don't see things the way he does. I support Israel, so bomb them, but talk first.
By: evilryn. on 18 Oct 08, 18:46:06
Ugh.. Iran is Persian, you dolt.
By: OptimusGonzoo. on 17 Oct 08, 02:50:01
Petraeus has made a good point to not favor one side politically over the other. The Republicans supported the surge in 2007 and that turned out for the good of the Iraq, and though he never called it a success, it was about as successful as anyone could have hoped for. Now he's basically saying that he supports the position that Obama supports in the upcoming election, well good for him. That just proves that Petraeus isn't supporting one party over the other like he was accused of back in '07
By: Amand0lin. on 16 Oct 08, 09:49:08
OH man- McCain couldn't be more foolish can he? "Obama wants to sit down with enemies and talk to them; that way he will legitimize thier cuase because they are sitting down with Americans oh no!" talking to enemies is bad!!!!man McCain what a dipshit
By: mmante. on 14 Oct 08, 16:51:29
George C. Wallace ran for President in the 1968 election as the American Independent Party candidate. Same party as Sarah and Todd Palin. .... Wallace adopted hard-line segregationism after he lost the race.He said, you know why I lost that race?... I was outniggered

"Any woman who doesnt vote for another woman is going to hell". Quote from Sarah Palin
