Zep(and the dead)certainly paved the road AND set the bar for live dynamics,and I would argue tool and other bandsh ave learned from these greats and replicated and elaborated on these techniques as technology and techniques evolved. As far as distortion, Adam has HIS tone, as does Page, and any other good guitarist, he just took this great song (and influence) and added a little bit of himself in it. What musician could blame him? Tool played a tribute to a great band,and zep fans are angry.

lets end this silly comparison of led zepplin and tool. firstly zepplin gets the credit for even having the creative prow less to create the song in the first place. having said that i think tool expanded on an already great concept for a song. they're both great versions so everyone just shut your mouths and open your ears.

These guys are dinosaurs now, especially Plant, living off their golden legacy. Led Zeppelin stopped being relevant after 1975 when their play deteriorated and Plant's voice became shot. It has been ever since. Rather than see Zep tour again as rich, grumpy old me, Page should release the good Zep material (any quality 1973 show would do)that he has in his vault for years. Or at least make the video or soundboard of Earl's Court 5/18/75 available.

I actually heard the Tool version of this song before I had even heard of Led Zeppelin...I but now I am a big fan of both and I cannot decide which is better to be honest...Jimmy is a beast on guitar, and as for Tool Maynards vocals can't be touched...two great bands with equally as much talent...and John Bohnams son did better than I thought in this...very impressive

I'm the last person to insult Bruce. I've seen 55 shows, not missing a tour since Darkness, have hundreds of boots, and have practically devoted my life to the guy. McCartney was a in band in the 60s in which he wrote some *really* great music. *REALLY GREAT* Maybe not as good as Bruce, maybe better, but it's hardly an insult to put them together as the two greatest living song writers.

You should see the price difference between a toyota 5.7 and a denali/chevy 6.2 liter. Trust me I was in the market for both. The denali was $48k, the chevy was $40k, the tundra was $38k. I bought a tundra. The chevy was faster than the denali because it was in 2wd vs the denali in AWD.

I saw a full size Tundra get totalled in an accident this past weekend. It hit a small car and there was so much damage. Good truck or not there's no way they put as much metal as the American trucks. My dad hit a car with his Ford and it only needed a new bumper and headlight. So, would you rather have a totalled truck or new bumper? Japanese trucks are good but if I am going to keep a truck for 15+ years then the Ford wins hands down. This really is awesome. I was so moved when I played this game - the betrayals by Ryu's friends and colleagues, the innocence of Nina and just the all around cool ideas of redemption and freedom the game leads you to at the end. I have to agree though that it would have been even more poignant if Ryu had just died at the end. The resurrection almost felt like a pasted on thing to make you not feel bad. But art becomes great when it moves you. If you haven't played this game, do so!

played this part until last week myself and i have to agree that bof 3 was indeed the best of the series if you compare the whole content itself & the gameplay +/- feeling. i played bof 5 dragon quarter 3 times a row from start to end BUT i guess the option to restart any of your savegames with all ability's, $ or the xp of your ant-farm you earned so far within a new game right from the beginning. overall i have to agree with the ppl that say bof3 was the best bof game if it comes to content
