How did it work? Our economy nearly collpased. The severalty is second to the Great Depression. The taxcuts prevented money from entering the economy via consumer sending because Bush gave our tax $ to the wealthy. Consumer sending creates more jobs because of demand which then companies produce with employees who work and make money and add to the economy cycle.
