OH, and also maybe try a kind of dance class, it made me beautiful in the form of some abs. BUT if your more manly try tik-won-do its a type of "defense" or "fighting" style. but they both helped me out. :) also try whole wheat bread and stuff. and try carb counting, it really not that hard. 15 grams of carbohydrates= 1serving so in something like a MacDonald's burger theres like 3 servings of carbs.

Well I grow my own veg, which is fun. Gets you involved with your food. (And it tastes loads better.) My soil is rubbish but the green beans are tasty! Finding a running partner might help. People are normally more motivated when they have someone to do it with. Or make yourself a goal to run so far each week or do so many sit ups a day. That way you are fufilling a goal and getting the reward of your health. Hope that helps Sarah

Ok, ok dont worry about ur body! You should be thankful that you work properly! Im 19 and up until like a year ago i was completly heathly i did the 5 fruits thing and i was a fantastic swimmer......Then i got diagnosed with as cronic illness and its lead to loads of major surgery! If someone had told me a year ago that id now be dealing with this diease and id have colon. I would have never believed them. Your lucky guy and remember no matter how bd you feel theres always sombody worst off! xxx

Those lives will be wasted if we pull out without finishing the mission. Not only that but when all hell breaks loose if we leave an unstable situation, then even more soldiers lives will be lost when we are forced to fight an even bigger war. Currently those lives are not being lost. You (if you really are there) and the others in the military are sacrificing their time and lives to keep the fighting there in the enemy's backyard.

Trouble is no one knows what's happening in Iraq. I have friends in the military in Iraq, and they are disgusted with the media more than the government. But as for this debate. The Big Bang Theory does not consist of nothing exploding and then creating something. It is likely that a comet or asteroid collided with the exsisting matter. Secondly, Deism is just as dumb as any other religion or belief system.
