I think it's not about inner beauty. It's very important how physical beauty can really be measured, even when everybody says that beauty is something almost magic with no explanation. this remembers me Marquardt beauty mask, but this software is one step beyond. excellent work. I would wish to know it before we finish our reportage about beauty and social organization in Chile. Actually, I saw this video the same day when we publish the book at university.

It is not true that symmetric face is alway more beautiful. Subtle unbalance is more natural, more harmonious, and more attractive in human faces than absolute symmetry.

I am plastic surgeon Rheefrom South Korea. Is this program based on symmetry hypothesis or Phi mask or averageness hypothesis? Simple forcifying of masculinity or feminicity is not so reflectie of facial attractiveness and Phi mask is not appropriate for explaining facial attractiveness. I do want you to show reasonal or hypothetical background.

i wonder what i would do with "beautiful" people with very special facial features. For example Jonathan Rhys Meyers who has very "abnormal" facial features. i bet it would "normalize" him to make him look "even more beautiful" so first it wouldnt be him anymore, and second it would ruin the speciality in him so he would become way less gorgeous. so "unattractive" people would become prettier for someone (or the prog) but loose their characteristic beauty that others, real people, see in them.

What's the point? Are you going to show the "less attractive" person's photo afterwards and say, "this is how you should look"? I'd be surprised if it didn't dent their esteem somewhat. What a pointless app. I've studied the social psychology that this bases its principles on. It's as scientific as the bible is on the creation of man. Come on, attractiveness is a highly subjective concept.
