If you are casting the spell to make someone in particular fall in love with you, don't do it. That would impede on their freedom and will. Besides, you would never really know if they love you for you or because of a spell. Well seeing as BC stands for BEFORE CHRIST and AD stands for "Amino Daios", IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD, that would make sense... Back then the church was also part of the state apparatus, so, this isn't so surprising... It doesn't mean that the dates were made up or that they suddenly made up when Jesus existed. The Bible had already been canonized 350 years prior. And the dates roughly match up (around 30-35AD when Jesus died). So, I'm not sure what your point is...
