First of all, 80 percent of page's riffs are blues based, wolfmother has no blues based riffs and they aren't similar to zep's. Seccond of all his voice sounds nothing like plants. Thats just a misconception that reatards like you use to shit on Wolfmother. Third, Clapton is a blues purist, with the exception of some of his solo stuff, and absolutely none of his riffs sound even remotley like wolfmother's. Wolfmother is physcadellic rock, zeppelin and clapton are blues rock they're not alike.

i have to let you know that wolfmother is one of my FAVORITE bands. but i also have played guitar for 7 years and know all of their songs inside and out. this solo is not as good as people say it is. it doesnt match the song right and just really isnt that good. by reading the below comments you would think it would be amazing...but no. if you want a good live solo. Check out Zeppelin live.

they are as great live as they are on albums! BEST BAND EVER! its the awsome vioce mixed with the sound of the instruments, expecially the guitar in the orange amp! plus all of the energy they put in it. i feel the energy even when im not watching them, just listening!

this is raw power. the tone he gets out of that orange amp is classic. the "moog" makes the sound full. the drums are yet another energy source for the band to feed off. and what now? Miles and Chris left the band. Wolfmother were great and i want to see how Andrew Stockdale does with new musicians accompanying him. these guys are one of the few threads left in "the string" of rock music. so to say
