Dunno, I think the nWo would not have been as historic if Hogan hadn't been the 3rd man. I mean, remember, in 1996, Hogan joining the likes of Hall and Nash was like seeing Christopher Reeve donkey-punch Lois Lane and join up with Lex Luthor. It was just unheard of. Agreed on all other points though. Somehow, I couldn't see the value that Konnan, Scott Norton, or Vincent added to the nWo.

Wolfpac started out with Nash, Hall, Savage, Konnan, Hennig, Luger, and Sting. A VERY SOLID LINEUP until Hall and Hennig swerved and went back to Hollywood. Savage got taken out in June (knee) and then Sting was sidelined in October, during this time, they never recruited any more members so it was like 3 members of Wolfpac against 20 members of nWo Hollywood. They all reunited in '99. The Wolfpac had the potential to get WCW back on track but the bookers fucked it all up.

Naw the original plan was Goldberg was going to feud with the reformed nWo and have a rematch with Nash, and then a rematch with Hogan for the title but he punched out a limo window and fucked up his arm. Yeah, alcohol has ruined a lot of athletes who had great potential. And actors and just every day people have their lives ruined by alcohol. It makes me wonder why it's legal at all if all it has is a negative influence on the world. He was also great in WCW in his first two years,in the time frame from 1995-1997 he had too many memorable fights against HBK,Diesel,Jarrett,Vader(WWF)and Sting,Luger,DDP and others(WCW)it isn't because of the MSG incident that he screwed up because he along with Nash and Hogan almost put WWF out of buissness but once 1998 was coming to an end he chose a path where he began screwing up and arriving drunk at the shows thus completly wasting his talents.

I loved his razor ramone gimmic, especially after the 123 kid popped up in it. He was awesome and when the fans heard his music kick in they would all scream if they liked him or not lol. I'd have to say my favourite fight of all time was between razor ramone and shawn michaels for the title in a ladder match back at summerslam..i think it was 1995. If scott hall kept up his razor ramone act then the MSG incident would of been avoided and he'd still be amazing in my opinion.

the bad thing is that Scott is like a complete package wrestling wise,he have the skills,his mic skills are awsome,cool gimmick and overwhelming charisma that when he showed at ringside at Turning Point the fans left the ring action and followed him.Him showing last Sunday made him a joke at the TNA locker room"It took Hall a year to show up for an event".He had every skill a promoter dreamt of yet he doesn't know how to act like a star and thats his problem.

I agree fully with that, the wwe did all they could to help him and as the saying goes "you can't help someone who doesn't want help". He may have claimed to want help but from how he turned out he obviously didn't. He ruined his career but still in my eyes is one of the best to have ever been in the wwf/wwe. All he had to do was get off the drugs and alcohol then wham, he would've been set.

I can understand your point,Scott was always cool he is one of my favourites ,what I don't understand about him is that he walked in the right path going to rehab at WWE's expense but once he got out,and nothing changed to him he no showed events again(other than JCW's) he returned to drugs and alcholics he returned to his old habbits,to me thats a man who if change comes to him on a gold plate he won't change unless he wants,thats why he never held any world title before.

It's honestly quite upsetting to think about it. Wrestlers go through all the training to entertain fans and then the fans mob them and paparazzi and stuff which leads to more stress i'd assume and then drugs or alcohol (if not other things) to help relieve the stresses caused by fans. I miss what wrestling used to be,also a thing most people don't know bout scott hall is that jeff hardy had his first match against him which I think is pretty cool.

Diesel held the WWF Champion for almost all of the year in 1995,HBK was in the upper midcard/main event scene in that time frame as well,Bret and The Undertaker were used on every RAW in 1995 but other than the big four PPVs their PPV matches didn't air except on the Colliseuim video of the WWF.I think Razor was also in the upper midcard/main event scene at that time also,he should've held the WWF or WCW title between 1995-1997 because after that his drug problems arose.

Pretty much, Hogan and Flair are cut from the same cloth. With the exception, of the physical prowess and stature. Its interesting that this rivalry is like a repeat of the rivalry between hogan and sting a few years back. The representation of hogan didn't change, but it was who represented WCW had changed. I think this happened some time after the short lived rivalry between the warrior and hogan.
