If you the correct plan, and don't try to do too much too fast, you'll get stronger like every 2 days. Make sure you get alot of sleep, so the muscle tissue can repair and build itself.

so in all its just a total of 9 sets is it just me or is that to lil bit... especially how some people like my self only do one muscle a day.. ex.. biceps . triceps. shoulders.chest.legs. back.legs . i do each of those seperate days im i doing something wrong guys im willing to take some advice..

rocking is somtimes incuraged in cirtain exercises in some cases bicep curls at full extension can harm tendens so a starting motion to get your elbow to hand angle a little less than 180 degrees is nessesary not saying you should be using 100's to do curls cuz if you wanted to iam sure you could get a few in but whats most imprtants getting that pump so do what

i wish you'd keep that to yourself because everyone knows you are foolish. you cant work out the same muscle group everyday. by resting every other day, muscle growth is maximized because you only build new muscle fibre during a resting period. you are tearing fibres everyday. you dont know shit so dont say anything like you know something

It depends how much swinging you are doing. You can have a little bit of swinging as long as you control the weights. Swinging too much is not a good thing especially for the back!

yeah, i'm a personal trainer and it does ruin your muscles, what i did was work on my upper body 1 day (Biceps, Triceps, chest, abs, shoulders, back) and the next day work on the lower, but you do have to take 2 days break after a while.
