Hair is as white as wool, is a LATER addition or change. The bible says you are not supposed to change a word of the bible but it is changed all the time. Just like the original text says I am black AND comely, but later change to say "black BUT beautiful" the "BUT" to imply an adversion to black. I am not a muslim but I will say this, the Holy Koran has not changed a word, nor are there different "versions" of it.

I read about a PhD candidate out in Cali (probably Berkeley or something) who did her thesis on how we are only interested in a type of music up to a certain point in our lives. Yes this song gives me goosebumps too. It's a haunting melody that has lingered in the back of my brain since I was a kid in the 70's. As an adult it makes me think of space too so I play it a lot when I'm reading about anything related to astronomy or cosmology. Also makes me think of the end of the universe for some reason.

Honestly, I only found out about Rick's death a few days ago, but it didn't make the impact of the news any less. To me, Rick Wright was the central sound of Pink Floyd. His style was dark yet elegant, and his chord progressions were pioneering. He was one of my biggest influences in music and I feel it is a great loss. I just thought about this today. When I hear Roger or David I think of them specifically.... But When I hear Ricks Shaky voice, I immediately think....Pink Floyd. Man, he was such a Huge part of Floyd....
